By opting in to receive SMS messages from GrowthShare Aesthetics (GSA), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

1. Program Description

GSA sends mobile messages to provide:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders for your Strategic Growth Intensives.

  • Delivery of Recommendations Reports and audit links.

  • Exclusive industry alerts, "Fierce Rigor" insights, and invitations to new programs.

2. Message Frequency

The frequency of text messages varies based on your engagement. You can expect messages related to your scheduled consultations, as well as periodic updates (typically not exceeding 4 messages per month for marketing content).

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. GSA does not charge you for sending or receiving text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge fees according to your individual data plan.

4. Supported Carriers

GSA’s SMS program is available via most major and regional mobile carriers. However, carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-Out (Stop)

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to [Insert Your Number] (or reply STOP to any message). After you send "STOP," we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

6. Help

7. Privacy

Your mobile phone number is part of our confidential business architecture. We do not share or sell your SMS opt-in data to third parties, including pharmaceutical or device manufacturing partners.
